Fitness Training

Characteristics:

This is a circular interval training (load/rest) using your own body weight and fitness equipment (bosu, overball, fitball, resistance bands, slide, roller, small dumbbells, medicine ball, slamball..

 

Who is the class for:

*for everyone who wants to work on their body

*for beginners

*for active athletes

 

Teaching schedule: 

 - warming up 5 min.

- main part - demonstration of exercises at stations

- circular training model - alternation of load/rest 45-50 min.

- final stretching and compensation 5 min.

 

You will need: 

indoor shoes, sportswear, drink
